My Journey with Yoga
My journey began during school with Surya Namaskar and gradually evolved through continuous learning and practice.
In 2025β26, I completed my 200 Hour TTC from Sri Sri School of Yoga, deepening my understanding of yoga beyond just physical practice.
This journey has been truly transformative β not just physically, but also in awareness, mindfulness and inner calm.
We often watch many videos, but real transformation begins with action. Donβt overthink β just begin. Take your mat, start with awareness, and stay consistent every day.
